Spring is finally here!
I have been in full on Spring cleaning mode since the beginning of the year.
The older I get the more I want my decorating to be less cluttered and simple.
I realize that most people don’t change out their décor every season like us crazy bloggers do but I hope this Simple Spring Tour will give you a few simple ideas to freshen up your home this Spring.
Entryway Spring Tour with Flowers & a Mushroom Log
Each season I try my best to bring the outside in.

Nature is simply the best way to freshen up any space and a wonderful way to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
As you see each room in our farmhouse you will see how I add a little bit of nature to each and every room.

I brought in an old mushroom log and placed inside an glass cloche to give an unexpected touch of Spring to our entryway table.

A simple hydrangea bloom in a mason jar brightens up the space like no other.

Living Room Spring Tour
Up the stairs and into our living room I kept our fireplace mantel simple with a few fresh crabapple and cherry blossoms.

Spring Fireplace Mantel
I was able to cut a few blossoms off for our Spring Mantel before they were lost in a snow storm we had a few weeks ago.

I love using eggs to decorate with in the Spring.

They are a fantastic way to remind us of the new life that is beginning just outside our windows.

Dining Room Spring Tour
In our dining table I added hydrangea flowers in mason jars and placed them inside of an old wooden box.

A few speckled eggs (diy here) in glass compotes add another touch of spring to our dining table.

Kitchen Spring Tour
I added a few yellow daffodils from our yard to the wooden box on our new beverage bar cart.

I found fresh herbs at Trader Joe’s for our kitchen window.

These herbs have me longing for the vegetable and herb garden we hope to plant soon.

Even our powder room didn’t escape a few spring touches.

Family Room Spring Tour
I loved the look of the hydrangeas in a wooden box from our dining room that I added some more to our family room coffee table.

Moose would like to thank you for stopping by to see our Spring tour.
I hope this inspires you to decorate your homes with a few simple spring tour ideas.
