Sharing all the details of our beautiful & classic Vintage Christmas Home Tour of our Farmhouse with pictures, vintage decor & decorations & ideas!
I am in full out Christmas decorating mode here at our farmhouse and today, I am sharing this year’s Vintage Christmas home tour ideas.
As I continue to photograph each of our rooms for Christmas it has become very apparent to me that I have abandoned simple Christmas decorating this year. 🙂

Now… technically is not officially a whole vintage Christmas home tour because my dining room is still covered in Christmas boxes, ha!
Farmhouse Front Porch Decor with Pops of Red
All the red trim of our farmhouse really pops at Christmastime.
I added even more red to our vintage Christmas home tour on the front porch with a tartan blanket, hurricane lamp, vintage drink box & our red farmhouse bench.
I am been tempted to paint our front door a dark green… like the holly in our new flower pots and go all out Christmas but that might be a little crazy!
Front Entryway – Vintage Christmas Home Tour
I shared our Christmas entryway earlier this week but here’s a few pics in case you missed it.
Even more red with our vintage Christmas stockings & red door!
Vintage Christmas Living Room
Our living room is my absolutely favorite room to decorate for Christmas.
This year, I changed up our fireplace mantel with a green & white theme rather than the traditional red Christmas decor.
Believe it or not my wreath AND garland are from the grocery store!
You can read more about my fabulous grocery store finds and my green and white mantel here.
My youngest loves to sit on our new church pew and look at all his Christmas books.
For some reason I keep imagine us sitting here and singing Christmas carols even though none of us really sing that well.
As you can see Moose was really excited about how the Christmas living room mantel turned out. 🙂
Christmas Dining Room Tablescape – Vintage Christmas Home Tour
What could be more vintage Christmas than an old church pew as seating on our farmhouse table.
In our dining room, I shared a whole lot more fresh greenery.
You can see more of my Christmas table here. Onto our kitchen…
Vintage Christmas Home Tour in the Kitchen
We are still very much in the throws of our kitchen renovation.
Some days it seems like we will never be done!
Also, I have no future as a chalk board artist.
I just love the look of fresh evergreens in an old stoneware crock!
Simple & Easy Vintage Christmas decor.
These vintage peppermint candies are my favorite peppermints EVER!
Edible décor is just the best!
It looks good, tastes great & you don’t have to pack it away after the holiday!
The vintage stepback cupboard that was in our garage FINALLY made it to our farmhouse kitchen!
I am sure I will rearranging it for months to come but for now it holds all of my coffee, hot chocolate supplies and mugs.
The doors to our vintage cupboard are still in the garage & need to be painted before they can come in.
I can not wait to see what it looks like when it’s finished!!!
Vintage Christmas Bedroom
Upstairs in our bedroom I added a few Christmas touches.
The throw blanket on our bed is actually a scarf.
Making wearable decor right up there with edible décor in my book.
Who doesn’t want a new outfit and throw all in the same day?
Thanks so much for stopping by to see my Vintage Christmas Home Tour this year!
If you were wondering where our Christmas tree is, I will be sharing that… once I finally unpack Christmas 🙂 next week.
Be sure to stop by and check out all the beautifully decorated homes for Christmas.
Merry Christmas!!!
Everything is so beautifully decorated. Absolutley gorgeous.
Marty, you are incredibly sweet! Thanks so much for stopping by to see my Christmas Home tour!
I love every touch!! Beautiful!!
Thanks Lindsay 🙂
I, for one, think simple decorating is totally overrated! It always makes me laugh when bloggers say their decor is simple – because we all know that it’s never that simple to look simple. 😉
I just love your home – and it’s perfect for the holidays. There’s something so sweet about all the touches and smatterings of red. And your kitchen is just gorgeous!
Kim, you are incredibly sweet and I agree completely that Christmas décor is never simple 🙂
Beautifully traditional!
The greenery on the fireplace is great!
Thank you Randi! Our living room fireplace is definitely my favorite spot to decorate 🙂
I know I say this every time, but I truly love how warm and welcoming your home is when it is decked out for the holidays. You have such a beautiful home, friend!
Erica, you are too sweet! Thanks so much for stopping by to see my Christmas home tour!
Loving your natural garland on your fireplace! I can’t believe it’s from the grocery store. Beautiful holiday tour.
Thanks Kathy! It is hard to believe that grocery stores can sometimes have the best finds 🙂
I just love it! Can I move in? Your bedroom with a fireplace is dreamy. I love your farmhouse touches and charm! The Christmas decor just adds to your home’s already warmth and cozy charm.
