As the weather is starting to get cooler the kids and I have been craving my mom-mom’s homemade rice pudding. This recipe could not be any simpler and is my kinda comfort food. The smell alone takes me back to my mom-mom’s kitchen apartment where I used to walk to after elementary school. I felt so special when she made it for me and my sisters :). She would make it instead of cake for our birthdays and it was dessert when we came over for dinner. There is nothing like it on a cool night! And it makes the house smell amazing!!!! My mom-mom had a sweet tooth so you might want to lessen up on the sugar if you don’t :).
