I am popping in to share the SIMPLEST & prettiest appetizer for the holidays or really any occasion! Our family loves cheese & especially baked brie. This quick & easy brie i dish recipe with strawberry jam can be made in just 10 minutes in a toaster oven without pastry dough.

10 Minute Simple Baked Brie with Strawberry Jam Recipe

Bake Time – 7- 9 minutes

Ingredients for Baked Brie with Strawberry Jam
- Brie
- Strawberry Jam (see my recipe for homemade strawberry jam HERE)
- Crackers (I bought toasted French bread crustini)
- Sliced Green Apples
Step by Step Instructions for How to Make Baked Brie with Strawberry Jam

Step ONE – Preheat Oven
Preheat your toaster or regular oven to 350 degrees.
Step TWO – Find your Favorite Baking Dish & Add the Brie
Find your favorite baking dish (if you have it) that is pretty enough to display on a table.
No need to wash any extra dishes if it’s not necessary!
Add the brie to the center of your baking dish
Step THREE – Bake the Brie
Bake the brie uncovered for 7 minutes.
Step FOUR – Add the Strawberry Jam
Add the strawberry jam to the top of the baked brie.
I used some of my homemade strawberry jam. Find my strawberry jam. (see my recipe for strawberry jam HERE)
Step FIVE – Bake the brie with strawberry jam for another 1-2 minutes until the strawberry jam is warm & has just started to run down from the top of the baked brie.
Spread this baked brie with strawberry jam recipe generously on bread, toasts, crackers, apples or whatever your hearts desire!

I think the red of the strawberries on the baked brie is just perfect for the holidays, especially at Christmas!
However, we enjoy this recipe year round at most of our family gatherings & holidays.
Full disclosure, sometimes we don’t wait for a holiday to devour this.
Sometimes you just need a lazy Sunday afternoon!

I love that our baked brie with jam recipe is made without pastry dough which make me think it’s a little healthier, ha!

- Brie
- Strawberry Jam

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Place brie on your favorite baking dish & bake for 7 minutes.
- Add strawberry jam to the top of your baked brie & bake another 1-2 minutes until the strawberry jam is warm and starting to melt over the baked brie.
- Enjoy with your favorite crackers & sliced apples.
