- Your Favorite Brand of Corn or Tortilla Chips
We tried growing corn for the first time this year. I love the taste of fresh corn right from the stalk.
Our family loves corn salsa & our recipe is a combination of few different recipes we have tried over the years as well as the addition of ingredients we usually have on hand at home.
Instructions for How to Make Corn Salsa
Grill your Corn
Add Corn to your BBQ on aluminum foil & brush with oil or butter (whichever you prefer).
Grill for about 10 minutes on aluminum foil turning a few times.
Cut your Grilled Corn from the Cob
When the corn is done & cooled, cut the Corn off the Cob vertically using a sharp knife. Please be careful cutting your corn from the cob.
Combine your Corn with the Remaining Ingredients
Stir the cut corn in with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Serve with your favorite brand of chips & enjoy. I hope your family enjoys this recipe for corn salsa as much as ours does!
