If you are stopping by for the first time we moved into our farmhouse 3 1/2 yeas ago and have been slowly fixing it up into our home ever since!
Farmhouse Christmas Entryway
Our home was the tenant farmhouse of a turkey farm which has had many interesting additions over the years.
Growing up in a row home in the city I never could have imagined I would have a home quite like this.
I keep our farmhouse Christmas entryway styled simply with evergreens in baskets, candles & pops of red.
Farmhouse Christmas Living Room
Our vintage farmhouse, decorated for Christmas seems almost magical to me.
Farmhouse Christmas Mantel Decor
A fire in the hearth, fresh greenery, handmade and vintage decorations out on display and the bright white glow of the Christmas lights.
To see more of our Christmas living room you can see the full tour here.
Farmhouse Christmas Dining Room
We have enjoyed many a Christmas dinner at our farmhouse table and hope to enjoy many more in the future.
I kept our farmhouse Christmas dining room decor simple with an evergreen & gold theme.
To see more of my green & gold Christmas dining room table set for Christmas, see it HERE.
Farmhouse Christmas Kitchen
Our farmhouse kitchen truly is the heart of our home.
As a family of six many meals are shared, dishes washed, and homework finished in this room as well as many cups of coffee poured.
Farmhouse Christmas Upstairs
With recently finishing our boys bathroom I wanted to decorate it for Christmas like every other room in our farmhouse.
The kids rooms and our bedroom all have small Christmas touches as well.
Family Room Christmas
We recently added the TV above the fireplace in our family room to make it a little more cozy for our family to watch movies together, especially at Christmas.
But no matter how pretty or cozy or farmhousie I can transform our home at Christmastime none of it matters without of the truth of what God did on Christmas in sending His Son to earth to rescue us.
That is where true Christmas magic happens…
O holy night! The stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of our dear Saviour’s birth.
Long lay the world in sin and error pining,
Till He appear’d and the soul felt its worth.
A thrill of hope, the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.
“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
Luke 2:11
